In December 2024 I was lucky enough to join the team bringing along an experienced background in front line customer service.
I have worked with planes, trains and automobiles in various customer service and training delivery roles, having worked for British Airways in Special Services for 20 years.
Along with my husband and daughter, we have been very privileged to travel extensively worldwide with many experiences and tales to share and cherish.
I enjoy sewing and making soft furnishings and along with being a Coventry City football season ticket holder, continue to travel whilst caring for our two cats and relaxing at every opportunity at our second home on the Welsh coast.
