Julia Edwards is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor.
With over 30 years experience, I combine my training in rehab exercise, Pilates, mobilisation of nerves, soft tissues and joints, massage and trigger point release and also breath coaching to help people recover and manage their health conditions.
I am a physiotherapist trained in clinical Pilates. I like to help people with pain or injury to gain an understanding of their bodies and to learn when to ease off and when to try a bit to do more. I aim to empower patients with the knowledge and the tools to manage their conditions. I love the way Pilates offers a way in for people who are not used to exercising, and the results they can achieve with it.
During Covid and to date, The Osteopathic Practice has maintained the wearing of masks throughout the practice. We now feel it is the right time to relax this protocol.
Masks
Masks are no longer required:
Jane O’Connor (Osteopathy & Acupuncture) requests that masks are still worn during her treatments.
If patients are not happy to wear a mask, we can provide a list of local Osteopaths who do not require masks to be worn.
We will continue to provide masks near the front door, free of charge, for any patient who wishes to wear one in the practice due to health concerns.
If you would prefer your practitioner to wear a mask during your treatment, please ask and they will be more than happy to comply. You comfort and safety are our primary concern.
