Hello, I’m Madhuri!

As a Sports Massage Therapist, I am committed to helping you regain your freedom of movement and love of life through the power of massage. I look forward to working with you to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing, whether you’re recovering from sports injuries or simply seeking to improve your overall quality of life.

I am currently pursuing an M.Ost in Osteopathy at the UCO in London, which means I am constantly expanding my knowledge base and staying at the forefront of the latest techniques, treatments and up-to-date care.

I enjoy Freediving, wild swimming, yoga and meditation and love finding new forms of exercise, movement and ways of enjoying life.

I have a background in Classics and speak both Greek and French (and some Latin!).

I believe that everyone deserves to live life to the fullest, free from pain and restrictions. I can’t wait to work with you and help you reach your unique needs and goals. We also offer a Sports Massage and NovoThor Package which is the perfect way to completely relax your body and get the benefits of both manual and red light therapy (Photobiomodulation PBM).  

I offer one hour and half hour sports massage sessions which include a thorough case history, treatment and advice on what you can do at home.
