Having recently had a knee operation and wanting to throw everything at my recovery, I was extremely interested when I heard about Novothor therapy. I booked 6 sessions to start with and following my very first session, I immediately felt some improvement in my knee. It certainly eased the pain and improved my walking.
After 6 sessions, I was hooked and booked another 6. I intend to continue as I aim to recover fully over the next 6 months. I guess with anything new you can be sceptical, however, I can honestly say, Novothor is continuing to help me recover. I’m also doing physio but really notice a difference after each session.
